Intro to Gliders

Looking for a pure form of flight? In an automated aviation world, soaring preserves everything we love about flying: teamwork, camaraderie, challenge, growth, and uplifting outdoor experiences. Gliders are remarkable aerodynamic marvels, capable of traveling long distances and racing at impressive speeds. Often, we join eagles, and eagles join us. Take your first glider lesson! Learn about the glider and how it flies. About Lowcountry Soaring Association ('Fabry', 'Scotty', 'Dave'): We have 3 Certified Flight Instructors at the Lowcountry Soaring Club: Scott Hammond, Fabrizio Di Stefano, and David Reeves. Together, they bring over 100 years of flying experience. They train both beginner and experienced pilots, teaching them how to soar at various levels.
